A hospitality company hadn't turned a profit in a decade. The front of house and the kitchen weren't communicating. They were almost working against each other.
We didn't start with the spreadsheet. We started with the people. A team-building session showed the service staff how much stronger they were together. A separate meeting got the kitchen to commit to trusting their new kitchen manager, and they saw leadership standing right behind him. Their focus shifted from resisting change to supporting their leader.

That isn't a scattered résumé. It's one mission taking whatever shape the season required. SWAT taught him to think clearly when the stakes are high. Owning a restaurant taught him what it costs when the wrong person controls the decisions. Running operations taught him that culture moves the numbers. He brings all of it to your table.
